To eligible Financial Junior Members of NSW Mini Trotting Association Inc.
New South Wales has been invited to send a representative members to the 2019 Interdominion series to be held in Auckland NZ.
Members are invited to apply to HRNSW through the NSW Mini Trot Association Secretary to be considered for selection.
Application should include years of experience (minimum 3 years) number of years involved, recognition that you are capable of driving different ponies as well as personal profile.
Further in 200 words or less you are to articulate what being selected to represent NSW means to you and in another 100 words or less what your ambitions are into the future in harness racing.
Maximum age is 16yrs and 364 days as at 31st July 2019.
Minimum age is 11 years and 364 days as at July 31st 2019.
It is essential when making an application that leave from school has been confirmed.
HRNSW will contribute towards the cost of travel and accommodation to the selected representative and their parent or guardian.

The conditions and format for this years Kidz Kartz Interdominion series to be held at Alexandra Park Auckland NZ have been made by the KIdz Kartz National Council.
Kidz Kartz Inter-Dominion to run Fri 29th Nov - Tues Dec 3rd - Fri Dec 6th at Alexandra Park Auckland NZ.
This way Kidz Kartz/Mini Trot participants travelling will only have to stay for the week.
Six invitations will be sent to Australia states. One invite per state – NSW, Qland, WA, Vic, SA and Tas.
If a state doesnt take up a invite then it will go to a NZ participant.
Australian invites will be provided with a pony to drive with a minimum MPS of 5.5mps.
These Ponies will be randomly drawn one for each state.
The nominated Driver must stay with the same nominated Pony thru out the series.
Ponies will be handicapped on Metres per Second (MPS), minimum speed of 5.5MPS accepted.
There will be 3-4 heats run per night, depending on numbers.
Each Pony/Driver will start in a minimum of three heats and then either the final/consolation.
Heats to be 600m and/or 800m. Final 800m. Consolation 600m.
The number of heats will be determined by the number of nominations that are received.
Final field will be points based – top points scorers will get into the final the remainder will be in the consolation.
Points allocation will be approved once the number of starters has been confirmed.
28 potential starters – 6 Australian invites and 22 NZ representatives.
All racing and handicapping to be run under existing Kidz Kartz National Rules.
