New South Wales Mini Trotting Association (NSWMTA) once again held its biggest annual event for the kids, the CHAMPIONSHIPS 2019, at Paceway Tamworth last 20-21 April 2019.

This year saw the 35th running of the NSW Mini Trots Championships 2019, which recorded 153 ponies and attended by 119 registered drivers from different affiliated clubs in New South Wales, as well as from Victoria (Pony Trots Victoria), Queensland (Queensland Mini Trots Sporting Association & Queensland Junior Harness Racing Association), and from New Zealand.
Congratulations to JYE HOWARD CONEY with Secret Mission for winning the title of CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS 2019. The duo was the champion for the Shetland Division.

Running 2nd place on the Champion of Champions was KALEE SHACKLEFORD-WELLER with Belladonna. The pair was the champion for the midget division.

And the 3rd place was awarded to GRACE PANELLA with Velvets Little Star, the champion for the pony division.

A total of 3 rounds were conducted for each division during the Day 1 (Saturday), and the rankings determine the fields for the consolation races and the final races.
